Went for dinner and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the Korean fried monkfish, but all of the seafood was fresh a beautifully prepared. Great views of the surfers and the beach. Service was attentive and quick. Loved it

One of the best restaurants in St Ives. Everything we’ve ordered was spectacular. Food is spot on, very carefully thought of and perfectly executed. Best scotch eggs I’ve had. Service is laid back, friendly and simply top notch. We parked at Porthmeor carpark which was literally a few steps away. Stunning unobstructed views of Porthmeor beach. 100% would recommend and would come back!

An absolutely delicious meal here, the mackerel scotch egg in particular was sublime, absolutely perfect yolk. Staff are friendly and attentive, an incredible setting with a magnificent view. Thoroughly recommend

Absolutely fantastic meal this evening! We got the train from St Erth then only 15 minute walk through the delightful streets of St Ives. The Fish Shed is on the other side of the town centre, through a car park and down the beach steps. You wouldn’t stumble across this place by accident, which is a shame. A warm welcome by the staff, sublime food, good choice of locally produced drinks and lovely view of the stunning beach and all the goings on. Definitely try the smoked mackerel scotch eggs with beetroot ketchup, my word!!!! The miso potatoes side dish was amazing too. Couldn’t fault it, best meal out we’ve had out in a very long time.

Delicious selection of exciting fresh seafood dishes with amazing views of the beach. Highly recommend the mackerel scotch egg and the monk fish and the Spicey Margarita cocktail. A MUST visit if you are a seafood lover in st Ives.

Best fish we’ve had here in St Ives. Awesome service, really interesting menu. Those smoked haddock scotch eggs were insane! Everything was so fresh and seasoned beautifully. Best views around, best fresh fish and staff The cocktails are always spot on, and the house white wine was dangerously crisp and easy drinking. We feel lucky to live up the road from this absolute gem, and unfortunately we are gonna have to bring all our visitors until we’ve tried the whole menu Took no pics cos we are greedy buggers and forgot!

Food was outstanding- fresh and delicious. The incredible setting made this probably one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Very attentive and friendly service (and dog friendly). Highly recommend!
